The doctors at Glen Forrest Medical Centre like to offer their patients Well Woman Assessments.
They are usually teamed up with your cervical screening so the doctor can have a look at all of you!
But are available anytime, the same as the Well Man Assessment.

These assessments give us, and you, an ongoing history.
You will need to book a 15 minute appointment with the nurse prior to a 30 minute appointment with doctor.
On arrival for your Well Woman Assessment you will be asked by reception to provide a urine sample then to see the nurses.

During your Well Woman Assessment our nurses check:

• Weight
• Blood Pressure
• Urine
• Height
• Family History
• Social History (example smoking, alcohol)
• Medication
• New Allergies
• Immunisation/Vaccination History

You will then go to see the doctor to discuss any problems you may have or that have been noticed.
