The doctors at Glen Forrest Medical Centre like to offer their patients Men’s Health Checks.

These assessments give us, and you, an ongoing history.
On arrival for your Men’s Health Check you will be asked by reception to provide a urine sample then to see the nurses.

During your Men’s Health Check our nurses check:

• Weight
• Blood Pressure
• Urine
• Height
• Family History
• Social History (example smoking, alcohol)
• Medication
• New Allergies
• Immunisation/Vaccination History

You will then go to see the doctor to discuss any problems you may have or that have been noticed.
