Results
We request that you make an appointment for follow up with your doctor for CT scans, MRI’s, X-rays, mammograms and ultrasounds.
For all other results, please contact our nurses.
If your doctor would like you to repeat a test in the future, our surgery is now sending secure mobile notifications to tell you when the tests are due or to visit the clinic. For more information please follow the link: SMS Reminders
Repeat Scripts
Repeat prescriptions will not be issued without a prior consultation. Patients seeking repeat prescriptions must see a doctor. This is to ensure proper management. Please ensure, at each consultation, that you have enough prescriptions/medications to last until your next visit to the Doctor.
Referrals
A re-referral may be requested online through our website, click ‘repeat referral’ at the top of the page and follow the prompts. New referrals require that the patient be seen by the doctor. Referrals cannot be back-dated. Referrals have a currency of twelve months, please check with your specialist to see if your referral is still current. Your request will be available after 48 hours and a charge of $30.00 is payable at the time of the request.
Phone calls
Doctors in this practice may be contacted by phone during surgery hours. A message will be taken if the doctor is busy. A standard consult fee may be charged for telephone advice.
