ADHD Diagnostic Assessments

As of May 2026, Dr Toni Law has completed her training.

Currently she is assessing patients between 10-25 years old.

** IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Please read prior to booking **

If you are a current patient at Glen Forrest Medical Centre, aged between 10-25 years old, please contact Reception to book the initial appointment.

• Dr Law will organise paperwork to be collected, completed and will need to be returned prior to first appointment.
• The complete assessment will include;
  • initial 60 minute appointment ($490 upfront cost with Medicare rebate of $207.90 = out of pocket $282.10 – – – If you do not give 2 hours notice/fail to attend $260 fee applies)
    followed by
  • between one and three 45 minute appointments ($325 upfront cost per consult with Medicare rebate of $128.35 = out of pocket $196.65 – – – If you do not give 2 hours notice/fail to attend $168 fee applies)
    with ongoing
  • 30 minute appointments ($201.70 upfront cost per consult with Medicare rebate of $87.10 = out of pocket $114.60 – – – If you do not give 2 hours notice/fail to attend $125 fee applies)
• Available Tuesday – Thursday

If you are a new patient to Glen Forrest Medical Centre, aged between 10-25 years old, you will require a 30 minute appointment prior to any ADHD assessment appointment being booked.

There are limited spaces available to book and waiting time will vary.

Paperwork needs to be collected and completed – we are unable to email.

If medication is required, a face-to-face appointment is always required for ongoing scripts.
