On Friday the 19th of May 2017 we officially renamed our treatment room “The Lisa Cooper Treatment Room” in remembrance of our wonderful nurse, Lisa, who passed away in February 2017.
Lisa came to work with us in 2008 and soon became a treasured member of our staff. Lisa’s personality, humour, kindness, compassion and diligence filled our treatment room with joy and happiness. Her competitive nature also showed off her skills and creativity in Christmas decorating as she competed with Reception in Christmas decorating each year. Lisa also assisted with the Accreditation process, which comes around every three years, and her hard work and dedication made Accreditation a simple and easy process.
You will see a plaque and photo of Lisa as you enter the Lisa Cooper Treatment Room. It is a reminder for all of us to live as Lisa did and “Go on Adventures and Live in the moment”.
Lisa is sadly missed.
